LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:
Please contact us if you feel your order is lost in the mail, we will immediately contact shipping courier for status update and/or file a claim if necessary.
If damaged, please contact us immediately with damages in detail, along with photographs of discovered damages. Please photograph damages of both item and shipping box. Respectfully, you will need to contact us within two days from the date you received your package.
